The passenger coupon, with an expiration date of 11-20-71, shows "Muskegon to Milwaukee via Car Ferry". The reserved accommodation check-in shows a bedroom (stateroom) reserved for the Muskegon to Milwaukee roundtrip.
1971 was the last year of passenger service with reserved staterooms for Grand Trunk's 2 remaining car ferries: City of Milwaukee and SS Madison (the City of Grand Rapids ceased operations in 1970).
