The matchbook has the Cunard logo and 555 Fifth Avenue New York U.S. office address listed on the front, and the company's crest emblem is on the back. The company's 212 New York phone number is on the side.
The matchbook is in very good condition and all of the matches are intact and the "strike pad" is unstruck (see photos).
