Submit a return request


Return Request Instructions
1. Request a return within 30 days of delivery (but you must contact us and request a return within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.)
2. Log in to start a return:
       a. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
       b. We will send an email to your email account with a verification code. Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
       c. Go back to our online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
3. After logging in, click the order that you want to submit the return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
6. Click Request return.

After you submit your return:
US: If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return package. After receiving approval of your return request, ship items back within 15 days of the date we approved your request (i.e. the postmark on your return shipment package must be within 15 days of the date we emailed you the return shipping label). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Other Countries/International (Canada, Australia, New Zealand): If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Your refund will be issued after we receive the items back from you (please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like gift cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

TulipStuff Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards are not refundable for cash except in states where required by law .  All sales of gift cards are final.
